Operations of VCAM Control Center
VCAM control center is operating 24/7 hours.
‘SR’ Surveillance System is based on MOTION DECTECTION action by any of the camera installed on client’s premise.
When motion detection signal is relayed via internet to our Control Center, a pop-up video clip will appear on the surveillance monitor(s) depicting activity.
The operator on duty will investigate the activity and if relevant, will immediately notify the supervisor on duty. Upon scrutiny of the video play back to confirm unauthorised activity is in progress the Supervisor will then, according to customer’s standing, take the next course of action. Either, first notify the designated owner(s) or request for urgent Police intervention.
We can also integrate Alarm / Siren activation with our Surveillance System if required. This would be a ‘smart’ deterrent to prevent entry before it occurs and thereby, prevent vandalism or costly damage(s) to the premise.
‘COMBO’ Twin Security Protection System
SR is also able to combine Static Security Guards with remote CCTV security surveillance, known as ‘COMBO’ service. This enhances the protection level/degree, for exceptionally vast areas of coverage. If the premise concerned involves a large area to be covered and protected e.g. gated residence project, open air areas, burial ground (cemetery), campus ground, golf courses, etc., this would be an ideal alternative proposal. It provides extended, double security protection as back-up.
SR Contractual Agreement with Clients
SR signs a three years contract to provide following service, for new clientele:-
- Three years warranty for any of the SR product (CCTV, DVR, Hard Disk, Monitors etc)
- Three years free technical services.

SR Surveillance services only, is for clientele who have already installed equipment and only require surveillance services.

SR also provide Surveillance for the days required either one week or so, the surveillance charges will be RM 10 per day for the set of 4 SR Surveillance Cameras.
